Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media outlet, I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting, you as the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business. The artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic: I offer free shipping on all orders in the US. 

International:  Currently, I am not shipping internationally. However, if you are in a country outside the U.S. and want a painting you are free to contact me to discuss options. Please note: All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can your Canvases Be Stretched?

The Giclee canvas prints are flat (un-stretched) but you can have them stretched by a framer.
All canvas art prints come with a 2” border around the image. You have the option to have them stretched (over stretcher bars) or framed flat with or without glass.
